Capture lessons learned. Develop tactical plans to meet deliverables. Deliver design within engineering budget and BOM cost targets. Communicate effectively both internally and externally. Apply structured problem-solving methods for issue resolution. Manage program risk. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent degree in a technical field (manufacturing, mechanical, chemical, materials science, industrial & operations, etc.) 0-4 years of experience in automotive interiors.
