Description

We are seeking a Product Development Specialist to support the development of new construction and material-based products in collaboration with local manufacturers in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on working closely with factories—such as gypsum, coatings, and building material manufacturers—to co-develop market-ready products from concept and prototyping through testing and technical documentation, under the manufacturer’s brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field

• 3–6 years of experience in product development, materials development, or manufacturing-related roles

• Hands-on experience working with factories or production environments

• Strong understanding of material-based products and development cycles

• Experience coordinating testing, validation, and technical documentation
