Functie


  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren, finetunen en troubleshooten van nieuwe producten van ontwikkeling tot implementatie in productie.

  • Je speelt een essentiële rol in het vertalen van specifieke klantvragen naar innovatieve productontwikkelingen en procesoptimalisaties.

  • Je fungeert als de cruciale brug tussen de labos, externe partners en de productieafdeling; je staat met de voeten in de praktijk (geen louter theoretische R&D).

  • Je signaleert trends en innovaties binnen de foaming-industrie met strategische impact.

  • Je werkt nauw samen met Operations in Anzegem (Hoofdkantoor) en streeft naar een synergie met de verschillende sites binen de groep.

  • Je stelt investeringsanalyses en business cases op voor nieuwe projecten, waarbij je de financiële haalbaarheid en de operationele voordelen bewaakt.
