Responsibilities

• Design and develop robotic systems, assemblies, and mechanical components
• Create 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings, and BOMs
• Perform GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis
• Optimize designs using DFMA principles for manufacturability, reliability, and cost
• Conduct FEA, structural, thermal, and kinematic simulations
• Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and assembly teams
• Support prototyping, testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities
• Conduct product testing and engineering validation
