Job Description

Mission

Projektkoordination & -unterstützung

  • Unterstützung bei der Nachverfolgung von Zeitplänen in allen Produktentwicklungsphasen (von der Idee über Tests bis zum Launch)

  • Koordination und Teilnahme an Meetings inkl. Agenda-Vorbereitung und Protokollführung

  • Pflege von Projektdokumentationen und Datenbanken (z. B. Formulierungs- und Timeline-Updates)

    • Kommunikation & Schnittstellenfunktion

  • Zentrale Ansprechperson zwischen R&D, Marketing, Packaging und Regulatory Teams

  • Kommunikation mit externen Laboren, Lieferanten und Herstellern

  • Nachverfolgung von Lieferterminen, Mustern und Freigaben

  • Unterstützung von Forschungsprojekten nach Bedarf

    • Regulatorische & dokumentarische Unterstützung

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Product Information Files (PIF)

  • Nachverfolgung der Einhaltung relevanter kosmetischer Regularien (EU, FDA etc.)
