About the Role
At Iceland, innovation sits at the heart of everything we do. As a Product Developer, you’ll play a key role in bringing exciting, high‑quality chilled and frozen products to market that delight our customers and deliver real value.
Based at our Innovation Centre in Deeside, you’ll work cross‑category within a highly collaborative and supportive team of Product Developers, Development Chefs, Technologists and Trading teams. This is a hands‑on role for someone passionate about food, curious about trends and excited by creating products customers love.
