We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Product Design (UI/UX). In this role, you will collaborate closely with the core members of our dynamic team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Product Management to comprehend customer needs, motivations, and pain points through methods such as customer interviews, usability tests, and qualitative research.
  • Generating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, visual designs, and prototypes. Additionally, producing clear documentation to translate research findings into visualized product features for both the Product team and Engineers.
  • Ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience by continuously monitoring user interactions with the product and implementing improvements.
  • Conducting experiments to enhance the customer experience for our customer-facing products.
