Voice input is about to change how people use computers. We're processing millions of transcriptions for developers, writers, and teams at some of the largest tech companies. 100% on-device, nothing sent to the cloud.

We're a 4-person team and we don't have a designer yet. You'd own the entire product experience: how recording feels, how transcriptions appear, how the app stays out of your way until you need it. We're on Mac today and expanding to other platforms. You'd shape what Superwhisper looks and feels like everywhere.

The job

• Own the product design end to end. From early concepts to shipped pixels.
• Design new features and interactions for voice input that feel invisible and fast
• Work directly with engineers to ship. No handoff culture, no spec documents that collect dust.
• Improve the existing experience based on what users tell us and what you observe
• Think about how voice input UX should work across Mac, mobile...
