Job Description
Purpose: To create, control and manage changes to customer's Technical Product Data (TPD) packages (Items, Bill of Materials, Product specification documents) in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. To deploy TPD changes to the relevant Persons-in-Charge (PICs) for execution.
Key Area of Responsibilities:- Check the correctness and completeness of product packages, such as Technical Product Data (TPD) and Bill of Materials (BOM) received from customers.
- Work with the user of TPDs to define the new TPD requirement and update the ISO document (for new customers or any change in TPD requirement).
- Maintain required customer items, BOM, and TPDs in PLM and ERP systems.
- Create and control the item part number, BOM and TPD in the PLM and ERP systems.
- Create projects in the ERP system for the fulfillment of customer Sales orders.
