Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily administrative tasks, including purchase transactions, POS system entries, customer checkouts, and other related duties
- Maintain a clean and professional store environment to create a pleasant shopping experience
- Handle customer feedback and complaints appropriately; assist in resolving daily operational issues within the team#
- Achieve individual sales targets and support the team in meeting overall sales goals
- Provide customers with comprehensive product knowledge and usage demonstrations
- Organize internal product knowledge training to improve the teamβs overall expertise
- Strictly follow company policies regarding asset usage, safekeeping, and inventory management
Qualifications:
- College degree or above
