EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or any related course. Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise telecom or IT, with at least 5 years in managed services or product management leadership.
• Demonstrated track record building and scaling a managed services practice or comparable P&L is strongly preferred.

TRAITS/ATTITUDES/OTHER SKILLS

• Executive presence — able to engage credibly with enterprise C-suite and senior partner principals.
• Self-starter with strong bias for action.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a matrix organization across PLDT and Smart entities.
• Willingness to travel for partner engagements and enterprise client visits (up to 30%).
