Brief Description

The Product Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of industry-based insurance content within Zywave’s Digital Distribution Suite. This position is responsible for translating complex industry advisory organization rules, rating algorithms, and regulatory requirements into precise, actionable specifications for highly configurable insurance rating, forms, and policy issuance systems. Working with algorithmic rating engines and integration-heavy products, the Product Analyst must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in content analysis, documentation, and technical specification. This role serves as the subject matter expert and liaison between industry advisory organizations (ISO, AAIS), insurance carriers, and development teams, ensuring that sophisticated rating, forms and policy issuance solutions are built to exact industry specifications and deliver maximum value to our carrier clients.
