Job Description

Responsibilities

:
  • Develop a deep understanding of GIPS users and their workflows
  • Ask effective questions in various situations to gather information and uncover user needs
  • Analyze user workflows to arrive at clear vision of needs to optimize the user experience
  • Collaborate with customers, sales, support, stakeholders and development teams to solve problems and design solutions that improve user workflows
  • Support GIPS by answering questions with high quality responses, troubleshooting bugs, and working on enhancement requests
  • Perform prebuild testing for bugs and enhancements, ensuring that best practice testing procedures are followed 
  • See projects through to completion, including client facing alerts, QA test cases, internal/external documentation, and any other updates necessary to make sure the project is successful
