In this role, you will learn and assist in different tasks:Procurement Project Management:Receive order lists and initiate procurement documentation.Invite suppliers to register in ARIBA and coordinate due diligence.Launch RFPs, review offers, assist with comparisons, and calculate scores.Prepare evaluation reports and manage internal approvals.Coordinate meetings and notify suppliers of outcomes.Archive all project documentation in ARIBA and SharePoint.Collaboration with other departments.Supplier Management:Review supplier information and documents uploaded to ARIBA.Manage supplier registration approvals.Conduct credit evaluations using the comprehensive scoring method for each project and annually.Audit & Data Requests:Collaboratively handle audits and data collection tasks requested by headquarters.Monthl...
