Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct tactical procurement activities across relevant the company units
- Clarify sourcing requests, align and finalize specifications with requestors
- Apply sourcing strategies and RFX approaches
- Create longlists for sourcing, considering preferred suppliers from category strategies
- Manage RFX processes including negotiation and proposal evaluation
- Lead supplier selection and awarding decisions
- Draft, review, and manage contracts with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Oversee contract sign-off and archiving
- Monitor contract usage, expiration, and renewal
- Support in claims/complaints evaluation and management
- Support commercial aspects of electronic catalogue management
- Collaborate with HUB and Global Category Managers
