The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing food ingredients, packaging materials, and production-related supplies while ensuring cost efficiency, supplier reliability, and uninterrupted operations. Key Responsibilities
Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers
Identify new vendors and develop strategic sourcing opportunities
Manage procurement of food ingredients, packaging materials, and indirect supplies
Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking
Achieve cost savings through effective negotiation and supplier management
Monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery timelines
Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation
