- Responsible for the procurement activities of the assigned materials which include:
- Responsible as main interface with customer order planning team & project stakeholder with effective coordination.
- Support material simulation activities to meet customer order fluctuation & fulfillment.
- Study and take appropriate actions on the MRP reports after MRP run.
- Provide daily input/updates on material delivery related issues in critical material list.
- Attend regular task force calls on critical supply materials status. Activate escalation to next level according to escalation RASIC.
- Attend DLR (Daily Leadership Routine), a platform for information exchange with customer order planning.
- Ensure material arrival with right qty and timing to avoid production disruption.
- Coordinate activities with relevant parties to avoid line stoppage if material cannot arrive on time
