Key Responsibilities:
Source and procure IT hardware, software, and accessories based on business needs.
Contact and coordinate with authorized vendors, distributors, and brand partners for quotations, pricing, and stock availability.
Compare quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize purchase orders to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Manage procurement documentation, maintain a supplier database, and track purchase orders efficiently.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and invoices to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
