Job Description
- Source fabrics, trims, packaging materials, and other production supplies from local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines to secure cost-efficient and high-quality materials.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, reliability, and lead time.
- Coordinate with the Design, Production, and Inventory teams to ensure material requirements are met.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, materials, and potential suppliers.
- Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory levels to prevent material shortages.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
- Ensure all purchases comply with company standards and budget guidelines.
