Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for oil & gas and construction projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Prepare and process RFQs, RFPs, purchase orders, and procurement documentation in accordance with company policies and project requirements.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, quality products, and favorable contract terms.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to identify material requirements and procurement schedules.
- Maintain strong relationships with approved vendors and conduct supplier performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure material availability and avoid project delays.
- Manage procurement of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, structural, and construction materials.
