Overview

Hire Resolve’s client in the Mining Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Procurement Manager to join their team in Northwest.


Responsibilities

  • Drive appropriate relationships with key internal stakeholders with a principal objective to determine their procurement needs, requirements and enable organisational alignment to reduce bottlenecks and delays in decision-making
  • Ensuring compliance with procurement regulations, ethical standards and reducing risks of fraud, waste, and abuse in procurement processes
  • Training and supervising staff
  • To effectively report and monitor the departmental performance according to best practice standards and to ensure compliance to regulatory compliance
  • Own and formulate operational policies in alignment with group policies, frameworks, plans and execute to achieve targets
