Procurement Manager
Project: Slough Sewage Treatment Works (STW) – Extension of an operational sewage treatment plant.
Key Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively and liaise with the Design and Construction teams.
* To liaise with Thames Commercial representatives to discuss SAF 1 and 2 objective and requirements.
* Correspond and liaise with selected Supply Chain bidders to correctly administer the prequalification and tender processes.
* Arrange for appropriate tender meetings with the supply chain for each package.
* Draft suitable subcontract condition amendments and Data Part One and Two documents.
* Draft, compile, and amend Works Information documents for potential subcontract packages.
* Draft and amend standard ITT documents to issue to each supply chain.
* Manage on a day to day basis of tender queries for the tenderers.
* Arrange mid-term and final tender meetings,
