Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end tendering process for projects, strictly complying with tender requirements while ensuring procurement quality and cost control;
  • Lead negotiation on engineering variation and dispute matters by clarifying key issues, gathering supporting evidence, and providing procurement support to mitigate cost risks;
  • Coordinate project execution with internal teams, tracking delivery progress, and closing issues to ensure smooth project advancement;
  • Travel to project locations (in Malaysia) as required to manage and coordinate with local suppliers.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive procurement and contract execution records, consolidate data, and prepare analytical reports to support strategy optimization and decision-making
  • Ensure all procurement process complies to company’s approved procedure and policies.
