Role Overview

Oversee the locations procurement activities both direct and indirect. Take responsibility for finding, evaluating and managing incumbent suppliers, their products and services. Ensure all procurement activities are aligned to the group procurement processes and policies. This is a full time position, working hybrid from our office in Horncastle, Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and mentor the Procurement Team, ensuring clear objectives and training plans are in place.
• Own the procurement process for a defined list of local suppliers, including sourcing, negotiations and onboarding.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business needs and group procurement policies.
• Deliver annual cost savings, meet cash conversion targets and improve supplier payment terms.
