Develop, execute and monitor to ensure on-time execution of tenders across multiple countries from supplier on-boarding, RFx initiation, pre-tender briefings, post-tender interviews and clarifications, proposal evaluations, negotiations, supplier recommendations till contract award. Achieve efficiencies through bidding, negotiation and strategic initiatives.
