Job Description
- Ensures competent quality execution
- Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the database
- Execution and supervision of all regular purchasing duties
- Handling and monitoring of claims to suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects
- Coordinates with suppliers to ensure time delivery
- Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders
- Monitors and coordinates deliveries of items between suppliers
- Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package
- Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification and quotation
- Plan and manage inventory
- Source for new parts, suppliers when the need arises
