Job Description

Procurement & Financial Administrator – Stellenbosch.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate procurement activities for projects, including sourcing furniture, finishes, dΓ©cor, and materials.
  • Request, receive, and compare supplier quotations and pricing.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
  • Track orders, deliveries, lead times, and procurement progress.
  • Coordinate logistics for deliveries, couriers, and installations.
  • Assist with sourcing and managing samples (fabric, materials, finishes, etc.).
  • Support project budget tracking from construction through to dΓ©cor stages.
  • Maintain and organise financial records, including invoices and purchase orders.
  • Liaise with the project accountant regarding invoices, queries, and reconciliations.
