Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate procurement activities for projects in the MENA and Europe regions, including sourcing, bidding, and negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Monitor and track project budgets and expenses related to procurement
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to identify procurement needs and develop procurement plans
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and international laws and regulations
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and vendors, and evaluate their capabilities and pricing
