Responsibilities

Should be able to work freely and confidently on AutoCAD in order to verify quantities and finishes. Should be able to make value engineering recommendations based on design and finishes. Should be well versed with materials related to interior turnkey works such as building materials, joinery, MEP, glass works and signage, FFE and special items as required. Have strong and recent database of suppliers and subcontractors to source materials/works for interior civil works, MEP, joinery and glass works. Negotiating and administration of local purchases, hired skilled workers and subcontract works. Stock and materials management. Ensure all invoices/bills of contractors and suppliers to be pre-approved by the cost control and immediate reporting manager.
