Procurement Manager, Construction & Professional Services required by a Global Data Center Developer, Owner & Operator . This position is based in Denver (relocation provided)

Role Overview:

• Own RFP level bidding and contracting process across the US data center construction portfolio.
• Execute competitive sourcing, negotiating commercial agreements, design consultants, General Contractors, tenant fit out contractors, and professional services that all support the delivery of data center campuses.
• Work closely with the Director of Construction Procurement and stakeholders in Construction Finance and Development to develop structured Procurement processes from land and property acquisition through project turnover.
• Ultimately get the right firms contracted at the right commercial terms with documentation and commercial rigor to hold them accountable
