Description Overview
The Procurement Contract Administrator supports the end-to-end lifecycle of all qualifying Indirect Procurement contractsβfrom contract intake, functional compliance management, liaising with both Internal & External Council, supporting Procurement Category Leads, through to contract signature and close-out through contract storage. This role supports the central point of control for contract administration, ensuring contracts are monitored from their point of inception, appropriately approved, and stored, and that key contract and compliance obligations (Privacy, IT Security, AI, Commercial, Legal) are tracked and delivered. Working closely with Indirect Category Managers, Legal, Finance, Risk/Compliance, and business stakeholders, the Contract Administrator enables timely contracting, reduces commercial and compliance risk, and improves supplier performance through disciplined contract governance and reporting.
