About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage day-to-day purchasing operations, vendor coordination, and procurement planning. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an FMCG company and a strong understanding of supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and other operational requirements

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of goods at the best price and quality

Maintain and update vendor database — onboarding new vendors and evaluating existing ones

Plan and forecast procurement needs based on production requirements and stock levels

Raise and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely approvals
