Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Assistant to support the procurement team in managing sourcing, documentation, supplier coordination, and order tracking for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will assist in handling procurement activities, maintaining supplier records, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet project requirements. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in fit-out or construction procurement who are eager to grow their career in procurement.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in reviewing project drawings, BOQs, and material requirements
Support in preparing and sending RFQs to suppliers and subcontractors
Collect and organize supplier quotations for review and comparison
