Description

The Procurement Analyst is responsible for using their analytical skills and relevant data to evaluate supplier performance, identify areas for improvement and potential risks, and using the information to assist with final purchasing decisions. This role reports to the Senior Director of Procurement.


**Preference given to candidates that live in the tri-county area of South Florida**


Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Prepare RFQ’s (Requests for Quotes) and assist with supplier sourcing to secure favorable terms and conditions; coordinate responses from/to suppliers placing bids.

  • Evaluate supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and potential risks.

  • Maintain supplier relationships, including order execution, delivery coordination, performance monitoring, and resolution of supply or quality issues.
