About the Role:
UGL are seeking an experienced Procurement Admin to join our team on an ongoing basis working on a major Oil & Gas project. Commencing ASAP, you will be working a 5/2 roster within Perth CBD, point of hire is Perth, WA.
This position will be responsible forplaying a key part in supporting procurement operations by administering procurement requests, assessing spend against budget, supplier coordination, and ensuring processes are followed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and assess procurement requests from project team to understand scope of procurement and assess recovery mechanism
Raise material and service requisition accurately against correct cost code, do budget assessment and ensure all substantiation is appended
Source and obtain 3 – 6 competitive quotations from suppliers if required
