Review purchase and material requisition, and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
Liaise with suppliers / vendors to get quotation.
Responsible for company vehicle road tax, COE, Insurance policies and etc.
Handle application or renewal of company licensesincluding ISO certificates.
Manage foreign worker dormitory records and update in MOM website (OFWAS)
Perform all general administrative tasks.
Able to multitask and handle ad-hoc tasks.
Job Requirements:
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Pleasant disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates).
