• :Synthesize discovery workshop outputs and user research into structured problem statements and improvement hypothese
• sConducting deep-dive process analysis, including as-is and to-be process mapping, value stream mapping, and root cause analysi
• sIdentify non-value-added activities across operational workflows and quantify improvement potential to support business case developmen
• tHelp identify areas for improvement in operational workflow
