Job Responsibilities Responsible for all front-facing process-related issues occurring during out-of-hours shift operation. Collaborate closely with the Process Owners, Equipment Engineering, and Operation Teams to restore the disrupted process to production while maintaining quality and achieving modules objectives. Monitor and sustain process performance for qualified processes and operations, including monitoring SPC. Deploy and review statistical process controls to ensure a stable and robust processing platform, responding to PR rules and adhering to CAS/SOP guidelines. Address out-of-control or process abnormality issues, handle lot disposition, and implement corrective measures. Provide detailed and accurate passdown of tool, process related and lot disposition information during handovers between shift process members, enabling efficient follow-up procedures.
