A well-established plastics manufacturing company seeks an experienced Plastic Injection Process Technician to join their production team.

The company manufactures a wide range of durable household and outdoor plastic products, including storage containers, stools, chairs, patio furniture, planters, and multifunctional homeware products supplied to major retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

This is a senior technical role suited to an advanced Injection Moulding Setter with strong process optimisation and team leadership experience. The successful candidate will manage and support the setters, step into hands‑on setting responsibilities when required, and play a key role in training and developing the production team.
