Your Role

1.Perform internal audit (Layer audit, process audit, out of box audit) 

2.Monitor customer claims, take the lead to do root cause analysis and follow the corrective actions. 

3.Using Nexus to follow the customer claims and key internal quality problems. 

4.Monitoring internal process controla nd quality performance, summary the internal KPI result.

5.Take lead to analysis complicated abatement system failure and follow up continuous improvement action 

6.Manage internal scrap performance and involved team to make improvement plan.
