As a Pan Boiler at Wilmar Sugar & Renewables,you will be responsible for the production of sugar. This includes monitoring and controlling batch pans, assessing crystal size and massecuite quality and making required changes to ensure sugar quality is met. 

This is a permanent position at our Invicta sugar processing factory in Giru . The role requires shift work during the crushing season (June - December), including weekends and overtime and day work during the maintenance period (Jan - May).

Your Role in Action

• Crystal Perfection: Produce high and low grade sugar to the required quality standards by managing syrup, magma and massecuite stocks in a way that maximises factory throughput and produces quality material capable of achieving sugar quality standards while maximising sucrose exhaustion.
