Job Description

AEM Limited has been Europe's leading independent overhaul and repair facility for more than 60 years. The company has a solid reputation in the aerospace industry for providing a broad range of services to international and regional airlines, helicopter operators and airframe manufacturers.


We are currently looking for a Process Operative for our Luton site.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate the Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) equipment

  • Operate the curing ovens using the program controllers and chart recorder equipment.

  • Ensure that all documentation, oven chart recorders and work pack travellers are kept up to date.

  • Checking of plant equipment at regular intervals in accordance with maintenance check sheets.

  • Proactive understanding of calibration needs and dates for all relevant equipment,

  • Responsible for the identification and reporting of defective equipment or tooling ...
