Responsibilities

• The Discipline Lead Engineer's purpose is to deliver reliable, cost-effective, and safe engineering solutions that meet project objectives and contribute to the overall success and sustainability of the projects.
• Accountable for the selection of methods and procedures, performance of the work, and optimization of the design within the discipline scope of the specifications, in compliance with international codes, company and industry standards and regulations.
• Accountable for proactively planning and completing discipline activities and deliverables within agreed time frame and budget.
• Responsible for defining and managing the discipline resource needs for your project.
• Ensure that the discipline Scope of Work is delivered in accordance with both the contractual requirements and the Company’s internal requirements.
