We are seeking applications from highly proficient Lean Six Sigma qualified Process Improvement Practitioners with an eye for efficiency to lead and deliver improvement initiatives across end-to-end customer processes, enhancing Bupa Health Insurance's business capabilities. You’ll coordinate with various teams, including CX, operations, technology, data science, finance, and risk management, to review and optimize core processes.Continuous improvement thought leadership, stakeholder management, facilitation, problem-solving, and a bias towards customer impact are crucial.
