The role

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll lead and deliver technical improvement projects that reduce product variability, optimise manufacturing processes and support the successful transition of products from development into routine production. You’ll act as a key technical partner to manufacturing, quality and development teams, using structured problem‑solving and continuous improvement methodologies to drive measurable results.
