Responsibilities

• To ensure maximum potential production output and quality is achieved for the department – this requires the setting of clear objectives for the shift periods.
• To drive waste standards across the shifts.
• To ensure the equipment is maintained to the highest level ensuring optimum performance.
• To ensure the equipment and environment is operated and cared for, meeting all current Health & Safety legislation and conforming to our client’s standards.
• To strive to continuously improve process efficiency, eliminating unnecessary costs from the business.
• To communicate effectively with Employees, Line Managers and Dept. Managers as required.
