Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure EHS compliance, safety culture, and 5S excellence in paint operations.
  • Lead paint defect troubleshooting, RCA, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Monitor paint line KPIs, quality performance, and process stability.
  • Manage pretreatment (Zinc Phosphate) parameters, titration, and paint testing standards.
  • Validate new paints, chemicals, surface treatments, and technologies.
  • Conduct process audits, maintain documentation, and train operators on quality standards.
  • Drive cost optimization, chemical optimization, and cycle-time improvement projects.
  • Lead cross-functional teams for equipment performance, NPI support, and process efficiency.
