As an Director of Process Engineering, you will set the strategy of process engineering, keep talented team stable and efficient, monitor the activities of advanced cell manufacturing process(Electrode, Assembly and Formation) control, parameter setting, trouble-shooting, DOE implementation, Cpk improvement, continuous optimization and upgrading of existed line, documentation preparation, deal with urgent quality issue, critical process defects in production line, get involved in new process/equipment development, layout planning, capacity balancing, FAT, and production ramp-up.
