Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr. Process Engineer located in Suzhou Wuzhong site.

What a typical day looks like:

  • New product introduction input (from SMT to Package)
  • Understand DFM report and support customer to optimize the design
  • Review customer BOM and add relative package to release to system
  • Production WI create and upload system and update
  • Review customer ECO and release to system
  • Assist QE to analysis customer complain issues
  • Analysis Material quality issue and provide the objective evidence to SQE
  • Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability
  • Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production
