**What you'll do...**
**IMMIGRATION SPONSORSHIP IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS ROLE** This role sits at the center of process excellence within an eCommerce Distribution Center, driving measurable performance improvements through the Walmart Performance System (WPS). Youβll lead loss elimination initiatives, deploy proven process improvement methodologies, and partner closely with operations leaders to standardize and scale best practices across the network. **What Youβll Do**
+ Lead the application of process improvement tools and methods such as 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, and time and motion studies to eliminate losses within assigned functional areas.
+ Deliver functional area results through KPI analysis, loss elimination initiatives, and the creation of standard work to reduce process variation.
+ Manage execution of process improvement projects tied to top losses and support area managers in reviewing, responding to, and su...
