**IMMIGRATION SPONSORSHIP IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS ROLE** This role sits at the center of process excellence within an eCommerce Distribution Center, driving measurable performance improvements through the Walmart Performance System (WPS). You’ll lead loss elimination initiatives, deploy proven process improvement methodologies, and partner closely with operations leaders to standardize and scale best practices across the network. **What You’ll Do**

+ Lead the application of process improvement tools and methods such as 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, and time and motion studies to eliminate losses within assigned functional areas.
